Common questions
I'm not technical. Can I still work with you?
Absolutely. Fill out the brief in plain language — no technical terms required. If we need clarification, we'll ask once, by email. Most clients are surprised how smooth the process is.
What files do I need to provide?
For virtual staging and photo enhancement: high-resolution JPEGs or RAW files of the space. For exterior renders: floor plans, site plans, or reference photos of the property. If you're unsure, note it in the brief and we'll guide you.
How fast can you deliver?
Standard delivery is 3–5 business days from receipt of files and deposit. Rush delivery (48–72 hours) is available at a 40% surcharge.
What if I don't like the result?
Every project includes two revision rounds at no extra charge. If after those revisions we haven't met the brief, we'll credit 50% of the payment toward a future project.
Do you do video?
Yes — Tier 2 includes short social reels and before/after video editing. Tier 3 covers full cinematic trailers, advanced video editing, and social media video packs for TikTok and Reels.
Can you work without an in-person meeting?
That's exactly how we're designed to work. Our entire process is asynchronous — brief, proposal, production, and delivery happen by email. No calls, no scheduling friction.
Do you have a minimum project size?
Our minimum is $200. Tier 1 starts at $300, Tier 2 at $1,200, and Tier 3 at $3,500. Exact pricing depends on scope — we send a detailed proposal before any deposit.
